This Privacy Policy explains how Egg Works and The Egg & I collect, use, share, and protect information when you use theeggworks.com, Egg Rewards, rewards.theeggworks.com, and related app features.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, birthday, account preferences, and requests you send to us. Egg Rewards also keeps your stamp balance, rewards, redemptions, participating location activity, account history, and identifiers used to operate and secure the program.
We may automatically receive device, browser, log, approximate location, and usage information. If enabled, push-notification information is used to deliver the notifications you request.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, create and secure accounts, operate the rewards program, show eligible offers, communicate about rewards and promotions, personalize your experience, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that host, secure, support, analyze, or communicate on behalf of Egg Works, and when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. Service providers may use information only to perform services for us. We do not sell personal information for money.
Your choices and rights
You can update contact details, birthday information, and notification preferences in My Account. You may permanently delete your account from My Account; this immediately removes sign-in access and personal profile information. Depending on where you live, including Nevada or California, you may have additional rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of personal information.

Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Egg Rewards, honor requests, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Egg Rewards is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Our sites and app may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices apply when you use those services.
