1. About Egg Rewards
Egg Rewards is a free loyalty program offered by Egg Works and The Egg & I. These terms apply to the Egg Rewards website and mobile web app, including rewards.theeggworks.com.
By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Egg Rewards. Please provide accurate account information and keep your email address and birthday current. Each person may maintain one account. Rewards, stamps, and accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or combined.
You are responsible for access to your email account and any device where you remain signed in. Tell Egg Works promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Earning stamps and rewards
Eligible visits may earn stamps when an authorized staff member scans your Egg Rewards code. The app displays your current stamp balance and available rewards. Unless an offer states otherwise:
- Ten stamps earn one $10 reward.
- The one-time welcome reward is $5.
- An eligible birthday reward is $10 and is available from three days before through three days after the birthday saved on the account, once per calendar year.
Offer-specific wording, dates, locations, exclusions, and redemption instructions shown in the app are part of these terms.
4. Redeeming rewards
Rewards must be redeemed by authorized staff at a participating location. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless the displayed offer says otherwise, rewards and promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions. Limits shown with an offer apply.
Egg Works may refuse or reverse a reward when duplication, fraud, account sharing, technical error, or other misuse is reasonably suspected.
5. Balance corrections
Egg Works may correct stamps, rewards, or account activity when a transaction was entered incorrectly, reversed, duplicated, obtained through misuse, or affected by a technical problem. The activity history in the app is the program record for the account.
6. Program changes and availability
Egg Works may update offers, participating locations, earning rules, reward values, or these terms, and may pause or end the program. Where required, notice will be provided through the app, by email, or on the Egg Works website. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account from My Account in the app. When you confirm deletion, access to the account ends and unused stamps, rewards, personal profile information, and customer-visible reward history are permanently removed. Egg Works may retain a pseudonymous transaction record when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
8. Acceptable use
You may not tamper with the app, attempt to access another person’s account, copy or manipulate reward codes, interfere with scanners or services, or use Egg Rewards for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Egg Works may suspend or close an account for misuse.
9. Third-party services
The app may link to ordering, menu, map, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
